All conference participants must register, including chairs, presenters, exhibitors, and committee members. Badges must be worn at all times to gain access to conference sessions, exhibits, and events.
If you received your badge and tickets by mail If you register before November 9, badges and tickets for any clinics, tours, or other events you chose have been sent to you by mail. There is no need to wait in the registration lines. Simply pick up your program, badge holder, and tote bag in the registration area.
If you registered but did not receive your badge If you register after November 9, or did not receive your materials by mail, go to the name badge counters to pick up your name badge and/or tickets.
If you forgot or lost your name badge If you lost or left your badge at home, please visit the name badge counters to have a badge reprinted.
Clinics and Tours

If you have already registered and want to add any ticketed event, please contact the NCSS Meetings Department at 1-800-296-7840 and email@example.com. We will need to add that for you.
Clinics If you have registered for a clinic, you'll find the location in the Conference Program.
Off-site clinic details have been sent by email to all attendees registered for the clinic. Please check the email account you provided, including your spam filter, when you registered.
Bus Pickup Buses will pick up on Stetson Street, between the two towers of the Hyatt.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to facilitate on-time departures.

Get to Know the Hyatt
Download the Hyatt Guest Map, print it or save it on your mobile device, so you can begin to orient yourself to the meeting space at the Hyatt Regency. The conference is spread over nine floors spanning both towers of the hotel. There is an above ground sky bridge and a below ground concourse between the two towers, and other shortcuts to get where you need to go. Remember to pack or save this map.
Coat check will be available on Friday and Saturday for $2.00 per item. Look for coat check near NCSS Registration on the Ballroom Level, East Tower.
Lost and Found
If you misplace an item during the conference, please go to NCSS Registration on the Ballroom Level, East Tower, to file a report on your lost item.
You will need to provide the following information when filing a lost item report:
- Telephone number
- Date you last had the item
- Location where item was last seen
- Complete description of the lost item and its contents, if any
Chicago Transit provides quick and affordable ways to get around the city by rail or bus. The system serves many of Chicago’s largest attractions. The State/Lake rail station within the Loop is about six blocks from the Hyatt Regency. For information, go to www.chicagotransit.com
