#Registration rates include complimentary 24/7, 365 access to the new NCSS Live Learning Center, with synch-to-slide audio recordings of more than 30 of the highest-demand sessions from the conference, plus your choice of a free NCSS Bulletin, redeemable by coupon in the Conference Program and available at the NCSS Bookstore.
These rates are for pre-conference registration only and are good through November 17, 2014. After that date, you must register onsite at a higher rate.
* NSSSA and CUFA conference registration rates are in addition to NCCS registration rates. NSSSA and CUFA attendees must register for both NCSS and NSSSA or CUFA.

Teachers in New England who have never attended an NCSS Annual Conference are invited to apply for a limited number of of conference scholarships, covering registration and one-year membership with NCSS. Click here for details.
Member: To qualify for NCSS Member prices, you must be a current member and provide your member number.

Student: This rate is for full-time students who are not currently employed as professionals in the education field.
Retired member: This rate is for retired professionals who are not currently employed in the education field.
Spouse/partner: This rate is for spouses and partners who are not currently employed as professionals in the education field. Spouse/partner registrations are valid for all sessions and speakers, exhibit hall, social events, and shuttle service.
Payment information:Full payment must be received with registration. Full payment includes payment for the registration fees, ticketed events, and any membership purchased. Acceptable forms of payment are check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and valid hard copy purchase orders. Purchase orders must be paid by January 16, 2015 to avoid a late fee.
- Cancellations must be made in writing by mail, fax, or e-mail by October 31, 2014.
- A 50% refund will be provided for any cancellation received by October 31, 2014.
- No refunds will be processed after October 31, 2014.
- Ticketed options will be refunded and attendees notified if canceled by NCSS.
