SaveOnEnergy.com is offering its 2nd annual $500 Teacher Grant opportunity. Help your students learn about energy in science and society. Teachers are invited to submit lesson plans that vary in scope and topic, and you're welcome to cite any helpful information you find on the SaveOnEnergy.com Learning Center. All lessons must check off these requirements on the list below to be considered:

• Encompass energy and/or sustainability knowledge.
• Be appropriate for a grade level K-8.
• Include goals and how you plan to measure students’ understanding.
• Include a detailed description of the lesson plan, handouts, materials, etc.
• Encourage student development through participation opportunities.
• Be original, by one teacher (OK to use materials at SaveOnEnergy.com).
