Five years ago TNTP launched the Fishman Prize as way to celebrate great teachers. Since then, the prize has recognized nearly 500 teachers who build strong relationships with their students, ignite passion for their subject matter, and push students to reach their highest aspirations. The application for the 2017 Fishman Prize is now open. Four final winners participate in a thought-provoking summer residency with their peers, reading, writing, and speaking about teaching and learning.
