60 Rho Kappa students researched, prepared and presented a day of activities for families at Colonial National Historical Park for National Junior Ranger Day on April 21.  The students conducted a mock archeology dig and archeology activity, taught families colonial games and colonial crafts, and performed colonial Music and dance, and engaged children in activities about the resources used by the colonists at Jamestown in the 1600s.  Students also led 3 tours of the historic site for the public.  A group of students had researched people from Jamestown and acted as historical interpreters of those characters in costume for the day.  This is the 8th year that the National Park has allowed the students to take over the Park for Junior Ranger Day.
