Groups of 4 or more from the same school or district can register for $275 each.
Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) are accepted online only.
Purchase orders must be uploaded here before registration is confirmed. Payment from purchase order must be paid by January 31, 2020 to avoid a late fee. No purchase orders will be accepted as a form of payment onsite.

- Cancellations must be made in writing by mail, fax, or email by October 11, 2019.
- A 50% refund will be provided for any cancellation received by October 11, 2019.
- No refunds will be provided after October 11, 2019.
- Ticketed options will be refunded and attendees notified if cancelled by NCSS.
- Registrations canceled for the purpose of reregistering at a lower rate (e.g., individual registration switched to be part of a group) will be subject to the 50% cancellation fee.
Teachers who have never attended an NCSS Annual Conference are invited to apply for a limited number of conference scholarships, covering registration and one-year membership with NCSS.
