We know that teachers, schools and school districts have had to slash their budgets for buying books. NCSS is here to help with a special offer for teachers, schools and school districts.

Choose any five books published in the NCSS Bulletin series for $50 plus shipping and handling. This offer provides discounts of about 50% on the list prices of most books. Want to order more than five? Each extra book costs only $10.

Among the books offered are the social studies curriculum standards and NCSS classics on teaching history; educating students about the world; using literature in the social studies classroom; teaching social studies to ESL students; cooperative learning; and service learning.

There are even greater discounts for bulk purchases of 50 or more copies of the NCSS books on sale.

A purchaser of 50 books or more gets an extra two dollars off each book—50 for $400 and, after that, a charge of only $8 for each extra book (51 for $408, ext.)

Purchasers of 100 books or more can get special discounts of 70% to 80% on most books, while available supplies last.
