Sponsorship is your opportunity to gain additional visibility and exposure. Sponsor an event or service at the 93rd NCSS Annual Conference. There are several opportunities to suit your needs and budget.
Sponsorship Benefits
The following benefits apply to all sponsorship opportunities. Please see the description of each sponsorship opportunity for more information.
• Title sponsorship listed as “Sponsored by (your company’s name” in the Annual Conference Preview and Program
• Sign indicating company name and sponsorship placed at the event
• Four complimentary conference registrations
• Listing on the “Thank you Sponsors” signs located in the registration area
• Sponsor ribbons for company representatives
• Your logo and Web link to your website on the NCSS Conference web page
First Timer Scholarships
Help support participation among teachers in Missouri and Illinois in high-poverty or at-risk schools attending their first NCSS conference. You can select the teacher(s) to receive your company’s scholarship(s), and you will be invited to meet the recipients. Your sponsorship covers conference registration and one-year membership in NCSS.
Fee: $300 toward one scholarship
President's Reception
Friday, November 22
Renaissance St. Louis Grand Hotel
Your company will receive top-notch recognition as a sponsor of the social event of the conference. You will be acknowledged as a key conference sponsor, and a representative will be invited to offer brief remarks. You will also have the opportunity to display your company’s materials at the reception.
**Fee: $5,000 for silver sponsorship, $10,000 for gold sponsorship, $15,000 for platinum sponsorship. **
Name Badge Holders
As the exclusive sponsor of name badge holders, your company's logo will be worn by all conference attendees, and your url would run on the lanyard. You can choose the color to complement your logo.
Fee: $8,000
Social Media Photo Kiosk and Charging Station
Put your brand on one of the most popular spots in the exhibit hall. This combination photo booth/charging station allows attendees to snap branded photos and post them real-time to their Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and e-mail--all while they charge their mobile devices. Your custom artwork wraps both sides of the kiosk, and you get access to all data and photos posted. Posts are also posted to your Facebook page.
Fee: $4,000
Wireless Service in the Convention Center
Help attendees to connect in America's Center as the exclusive sponsor of wireless service during the conference. Your splash page will appear when attendees log into the network, and can include any links. Signage will direct attendees to the network, and list you as the exclusive sponsor.
Fee: $5,000
Advance Registration Packets
Each pre-registered 2013 attendee will receive an advance registration packet that includes name badge and additional key meeting information. Sponsors can provide a corporate or product insert in the registration packet.
Fee: $5,000 for exclusive sponsorship or $2,000 per piece
Exhibit Hall Coffee Stations
Sponsor a full morning of coffee or a single station in the exhibit hall. Signage will acknowledge the sponsorship and an adjacent magazine rack will allow sponsors to display their materials. Choose from among 3-4 stations.
Fee: $4,500 for full morning sponsorship or $1,500 per station
