CEP Report on NCLB

June 17, 2009 the Center on Education Policy held a press conference to present CEP's latest report on achievement since the enactment of No Child Left Behind (NCLB).
The report, entitled, " State Test Score Trends through 2007-08: Part I. Is the emphasis on Proficiency Shortchanging Higher-and Lower-Achieving Students?" is the first part of the year's longitudinal study of state test scores.
