Section 1:

This Rho Kappa constitution may be amended at any meeting of the National Advisory Council or by mail (electronic or otherwise) by a majority affirmative vote of the National Advisory Council and with the approval of the NCSS Executive Director.

Section 2:

Local chapters may petition to the National Advisory Council with recommended amendments to this constitution.
