Beware of Housing Scam

NCSS has partnered with the Visit DENVER Housing Bureau as the official housing vendor for the 90th NCSS Annual Conference. We do not endorse or have a relationship with any other housing company or hotels.

NCSS has been alerted of a scam where someone calls, e-mails or faxes NCSS exhibitors pretending to be the official NCSS housing company, offering special non-refundable rates at NCSS Denver hotels, and requesting credit card information. The scam identifies itself as the “Official Housing Company” or “Global Housing Company.”

All attendees and exhibitors should beware that no one from NCSS or Visit DENVER Housing solicits exhibitors directly by telephone for hotel bookings or special discounts.

1. Denver Marriott City Center, 1701 California Street, Denver, CO 80202

All NCSS attendees making their reservations at the Sheraton Denver Downtown through the Denver Housing Bureau will receive free, in-room Internet access. Take advantage of the low rate, great location, and added amenities and make your reservation now at the Sheraton Denver Downtown!

Book your hotel reservation at one of the NCSS hotels and your stay could be free! Reserve your room through the NCSS Housing Bureau for at least two nights and stay through Saturday night, November 13, and you will be automatically entered to win one of several prizes, including a $100 American Express gift card, free stays, or upgrades to the Hyatt’s Regency Club. Regency Club guests have access to a private lounge offering complimentary breakfast and mid-day snacks, and receive complimentary Internet in their rooms.
