Registration Details

Member: To qualify for NCSS Member prices, you must be a current member and provide your member number.

Join before or when you register and receive the special member rates, plus receive all the resources, information and support you need as a social studies educational professional. For more information on becoming an NCSS member, go to www.socialstudies.org/join/

Non-member: If you are not a member, memberships can be purchased with your registration at a special rate.

Student: This rate is for full-time students who are not currently employed as professionals in the education field.

Retired member: This rate is for retired professional who are not currently employed in the education field.

Spouse/partner: This rate is for spouses and partners who are not currently employed as professionals in the education field. Spouse/partner registrations are valid for all sessions and speakers, exhibit hall, social events, and shuttle service.

Presenter: All presenters are required to register for the conference.

Exhibitor: Each booth purchased comes with four complimentary badges. Additional badges are available for $110 and include access to the exhibit hall as well as all sessions and speakers.

Payment information: Full payment must be received with registration. Full payment includes payment for the registration fees, ticketed events, and any membership purchased. Acceptable forms of payment are check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and valid hard copy purchase orders. Internet and fax registrations are only accepted with payment by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Other forms of payment must be mailed.
