-The House of Representatives adopted an Omnibus spending plan for FY 2010. The package included a bill making appropriations for the Departments of Labor, Health and human Services and Education.
-The bill provides $67 billion in discretionary spending-a 5% increase over FY 2009. --> read more »

The package included a bill making appropriations for the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services and Education. The Omnibus bill was then passed by the Senate on December 13, 2009, and is awaiting the signature of the President. --> read more »
