-The House of Representatives adopted an Omnibus spending plan for FY 2010. The package included a bill making appropriations for the Departments of Labor, Health and human Services and Education.
-The bill provides $67 billion in discretionary spending-a 5% increase over FY 2009.   --> read more »

On December 10, 2009, the House of Representatives adopted an Omnibus spending plan for FY 2010. The package included a bill making appropriations for the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services and Education.
