Booth Prices

Booth rental fees are based on location.

Non-profit
Non-profit organizations are offered a discount on booth space. All new exhibitors must furnish proof of non-profit status to receive this discount.

All booths are 10 × 10′or multiples thereof.  An identification sign will be supplied for all non-island booths.  Linear booths will have an 8′high draped back wall and 36″high side drapes.  Booth carpeting (carpet, wood or other standard floor covering) is mandatory and is the responsible of the exhibiting company.

Application for Space
A deposit of at least 50% per booth is required with each application. Applications without deposits will be returned.  Balance of payment is due upon receipt of space assignment.  For applications submitted after September 5, 2008, payment in full must accompany contract.  No company will be allowed on the exhibit floor with an outstanding balance due.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be sent in writing to NCSS.  A $100 charge will be assessed for each booth cancelled prior to September 5, 2008.

Assignment of Space
All booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, taking into account the amount of open space required, exhibiting history, type of physical exhibit, and product type.  Booth space is not guaranteed until written confirmation is sent by NCSS.
